Ive found myself smoking 30 ciggerettes a day using the vape ive now cut down to 4 a day the blueberry ice is great tasting & certainly helps i brought a 10 pk one is faulty apart due to not being kept upright the box needs a keep upright sticker while going through transit but overall its working well for me
